Yesterday after gorging myself on
two pieces some pie, I got a phone call from my sister. We started talking about our weight since we haven't seen each other in 3 months and I told her I knew I was losing weight, but haven't weighed myself for at least 5 months.
I plan on starting to walk more. I really need to incorporate exercise into this weight loss goal of mine.
I was proud of myself when I was making the delicious thin mints and the peanut butter kisses cookies that I didn't eat one single one of them. I would usually need to make at least a dozen extra cookies, but this time I stuck to the goal.
I am wondering if any of you have a hard time around desserts? It used to be normal for me to gain at least 5 pounds from Thanksgiving to New Years, but I don't want to do that this year. Last year was the first year I didn't gain weight during the Holidays.
