Too Rich For a Bridge by Mona Hodgson

Better than prime time TV

For those of you who enjoy reading, I think you should turn off your TV for the night and cozy up to this book.  I was intrigued from the beginning.  The book was my friend until I finished the last page.  I must say I was very happy with the outcome of everything.

You know those books that take awhile to get you interested, this isn't one of them.  By the end of the first chapter, you will be caught like a bouquet at a wedding.  Will this bride choose her career or one of the two bachelors chasing after her attention?  What danger will meet her as she makes her way to the Colorado mining town?

Ida is the main character in this book.  She is a career woman first and doesn't plan on letting any man get in her way.  Of course, she is also beautiful which may thwart her plans.  The lawyer and the preacher both like her, but both of them come with their own problems.

I recommend this book to those that like the romantic series.  You will be glad you turned off the TV for a day and read this book, because it gave me more satisfaction than watching TV!
