I just stepped on the scale and I weigh 263. I know for many of you, that would be a good start to depression, but in October, I weighed 287. I hate the fact that I don't feel well and struggle to eat anything, but I love the fact that I am almost into the 250s for the first time in about 11 years.
I hope that I will be able to keep the weight off! I am truly excited.
