Purex Complete Crystals Softener

First, I want to announce I am a Purex Insider, so I was sent a brand new product to test and review.  The product is a brand new concept: crystals instead of sheets or liquid.  My entire life, I have always used fabric sheets added to the dryer.  I am skeptical when trying new products, but let me share my thoughts with you.

When I am doing laundry, I always add the detergent first, then the clothes.  I also wash on cold, unless I am doing whites.  Before adding the clothes and after adding the detergent, I added the measured amount of Fresh Spring Waters scented Purex Complete Crystals Softener.

I didn't notice a difference when the washer was done.  I threw the clothes into my dryer without adding a dryer sheet.  When the clothes were done, I smelled them.  The scent is pleasant and not overwhelming.  The clothes don't have static.

The thing that most impresses me is the concept that parents don't have to separate non-flammable clothing from their normal wash.  The crystals can safely be used on non-flammable clothing.  I can remember when my son was young, there wasn't anything I could use to keep static cling away and to soften his pajamas.  This is a miracle for moms who would like to streamline their clothes washing.  Throw it all into the same load now!

The available scents are Fresh Spring Waters, Lavender Blossoms, Tropical Splash.  I am excited to try the Tropical Splash scent next.
