I lost 6 pounds in two weeks!

I have lost 6 pounds since posting about my weight goal 2 weeks ago.  I am very excited.  I haven't started going to the gym to work out, but I have increased my activity.  My house is looking a lot better since I have decided to start being more active.

I have 20 more pounds to go to reach my first goal of getting to 254, which was the weight I was when I had my son.

I need to start going to the local YMCA.  It has a heated pool.  I have an extremely bad back that can start hurting without doing too much.  The water walking is takes the usual pressure off of my back when I walk.  I also need to cut out the soda pop and start drinking more water.  I have cut out my daily intake of chocolate and eating out for most meals.

Hopefully by next week I will have lost another pounds.
