I try to eat a lot of fruits and veggies and whole grains and I keep an online food journal of everytthing I eat to keep me accountable. But I also allow myself one small treat every day (=chocolate!). I need to work on the excercise thing though. Ugh.

When I am hungry or craving something bad, I drink water. Usually the first sign of dehydration is what feels like hunger (but isn't!).
